1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing rankforgeseoservices.com or engaging RankForge SEO Services for any project, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

RankForge provides SEO, website development, eCommerce, and design services as outlined in individual service agreements or proposals. Scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined per project in a signed statement of work.

3. Payments

Monthly SEO retainers are billed in advance and may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. One-time project fees (such as website development) follow the payment schedule outlined in your proposal, typically 50% upfront and 50% on completion.

4. No Ranking Guarantees

Search engine rankings are determined by algorithms outside our control. While we follow proven, white-hat methodologies, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic figures, or timeframes.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own all final website code, content, and design deliverables created specifically for their project. RankForge retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

RankForge SEO Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including but not limited to loss of rankings, traffic, or revenue.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain payable.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
